For advance editing click on the pencil at the top of this page and you can change skills and other info. If you are unable to work or to be dispatched to work for any calls, you can enter the time period that you can not work on the "My Profile" tab. By doing this when ever unavailable, it would help everyone with unnecessary calls and save a lot of valuable time. If you would like to receive a Text as your primary contact for calls, go to the (Preferences) tab and scroll down to the mobile/sms options section and hit enable and follow the direction. In the future you will then receive a text with call times, venues and other notes on the event offered. Then you would be responsible for going to the "Schedule" tab on your page and clicking on the green thumbs up button for yes or the red thumbs down button to decline the call offered. The other option would to call the dispatcher back that sent the text and say yes or decline the call. Remember that the ending times provided on the original call you receive are only an ESTIMATE. The call could be longer or shorter than the estimate, depending on the needs of the show. So please plan on possibly working longer than noted. When you do accept a call such as a load in for a show, you are also expected to do the load out of that same show to keep continuity for efficiency. Sometimes due to the amount of shows needed to cover, the dispatcher may be able to grant you a load in only out of necessity. So if you have concerns about load outs or continuity calls, please contact the dispatcher. If you decline a call on Call Steward, it will take you off the list for that 24 hour period. If you are only declining the position offered at the time, then you need to specify by directly contacting the dispatcher to say that you may still be available for another call but you were only declining this specific call. Other wise once you decline with out notification to the dispatcher, you Will be past up on another call with in that 24 hour period. Thank you privacy policy...
